2021-12-09. To further support its patrons, the Jefferson County (Colorado) Public Library (Jeffco) recently partnered with Unique Management Services (Unique) to provide additional phone support via expanded hours. Support includes the ability to help with patron account questions along with any of the programs and services available through the Jeffco including online learning tools, e-materials, and community events.
Jeffco has partnered with Unique since 2008 using several of Unique's patron communication options including Gentle Nudge Material Recovery, Curbside Communicator, and MessageBee Print Notification service. The additional service offering, part of the Library's effort to better serve its patrons, will allow callers to connect quickly and easily with a real person up to two hours before and after the library's physical open hours and on additional holidays throughout the year. The Unique team is trained to provide the highest quality service to Jeffco patrons so the experience will be seamless for patron and library alike.
