Dublin, OH - February 15, 2023 - Patron Point announced today that Westchester Library System ("WLS") in Elmsford, New York, has adopted our patron engagement platform. Implementing Patron Point will aid in supporting the WLS mission of empowering lives and communities by connecting the people of Westchester County with their 38 member libraries.
Through partnerships with local libraries, governmental agencies, service organizations, community members, Westchester County, and others, WLS is able to assist each member library in their efforts to create and grow welcoming, inclusive services and programs for the more than 1 million residents of the County.
Westchester Library System provides patrons with a variety of resources, including books, magazines, newspapers, audiobooks, movies, and more, most of which are available in both hardcopy and digital formats. Patrons can also augment their learning with online and in-person classes, research databases, career coaching services, and test prep services.
Events and programs abound at WLS libraries with storytimes, early learning workshops, book discussion groups, crafting programs, computer classes, early literacy education, and more. Member libraries also offer many helpful services to their communities, such as reservable study rooms, printing, public art exhibits, museum passes, and business resource centers.
