The Modern Library Awards (MLAs) recognize the top products and services in the library industry in the areas of product quality, functionality, value, customer service experience, and overall satisfaction by librarians using them.

For libraries that would like to deliver their own audio content, LibraryCall's Dial-A-Story Studio gives libraries the tools they need to manage, schedule, and share it. Studio includes access to the Storytime Commons and provision of the phone numbers and the technical expertise needed to provide the library's customized service.
LibraryCall's Soundtrack service helps libraries, museums, and galleries make self-paced exhibits, including StoryWalks, more engaging and accessible by adding a low-cost audio component.
Rating highly in the "quality of service" category, LibraryCall prides itself on providing responsive, friendly, and personalized service. Additional features include marketing support such as templates for outreach and publicity, and a web widget feature that allows customers to stream their audio content on their library websites.
