Evansville, IN, and Oslo, Norway -- December 16, 2022. The University of Southern Indiana (USI) has selected TIND IR, migrating from DSpace. USI has been running TIND ILS for two years and will integrate TIND IR into their existing ILS install. They are looking forward to streamlining access and workflows by moving both IR and ILS into a single platform.
"We're excited to follow the continued development of both systems and look forward to further collaboration with TIND," says Becca Neel, Asst. Director for Resource Management & User Experience.
Looking back on two successful years of working together with TIND, the University of Southern Indiana has chosen to expand its list of TIND products by adding the TIND Institutional Repository to its current TIND ILS install. They highlight efficient workflows and modern, innovative design as key attributes of the TIND products.
"The David L. Rice Library at the University of Southern Indiana is thrilled to add the IR to its growing list of TIND systems. We originally chose the TIND ILS due to its agility and broad potential for integration with other systems, so moving to a single platform for both IR and ILS was a natural step for us in our efforts to streamline both access and workflows. We're excited to follow the continued development of both systems and look forward to further collaboration with TIND."
