IMarEST goes live on TIND IR and TIND DA

don, UK and Oslo, Norway – November 24, 2022. The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST) has successfully migrated to the TIND Institutional Repository (TIND IR) and TIND Digital Archive (TIND DA). "Working with TIND to develop our new and refreshed Library has been really simple and a very positive experience. Their dedicated staff were only too eager to help us understand the details of the project and they made sure any and all queries we had were answered carefully", says Harry Williams, Content & Communications Executive at IMarEST.

With its more than 22,000 members in over 120 countries, IMarEST will utilize the TIND platform to provide web-based repository access to over 130 years of published research across the disciplines of marine engineering, science and technology, as well as new content created by its membership for wider audiences and public benefit.

"The aftercare has been immensely helpful and the help documentation has meant we are able to edit and improve our Library ourselves without constantly asking for assistance. Feedback on our new Library has been overwhelmingly positive from our members and we look forward to continuing to work with TIND as our Library grows."

-Harry Williams, Content & Communications Executive at IMarEST.
