Dublin, OH - June 23, 2022. The company announced today that Tricia Richards has joined the Patron Point organization in the newly created Training & Instructional Design Manager role. Richards comes to us with a background in writing, digital media production, and learning theory. These experiences make her a strong fit for a position focused on leading software training and further developing our digital learning resources.
Richards is a graduate of Drake University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications. While attending Drake she majored in both Digital Media Production and Magazine Media. She also had several communications internships at different companies and most recently worked as an editorial apprentice at Dotdash-Meredith.
When she's not working at Patron Point, Richards can often be found creating new recipes, reading creative non-fiction books, or exploring the great outdoors with her partner, Kathleen, and their two dogs.
