Dublin, OH -- June 16th, 2022 . The company announced today that Brenna Hill has joined the Patron Point organization as Library Relations Manager. Hill comes to the Company with customer service, account management, and marketing experience, most recently from THE MAX Challenge where she served as Franchise Marketing Coordinator for their corporate office. There she headed the franchise sales program, presented marketing webinars, coached existing franchisees on their marketing content, and created content for all MAX Challenge franchisees including email, social media, print, and written.
In her new role, Hill will use her marketing experience to help Patron Point users get the most out of the service and to inspire users to utilize new and creative ideas. Hill will also be supporting Patron Point's Community where customers can interact and share best practices.
Hill said, "I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with library experts all across the globe in order to help them get the most out of Patron Point and enhance patron engagement. More library patrons means a more educated and connected community for all."
Hill earned her BA at The University of Nebraska in Theatre Arts and is currently working on her MA at The University of Arizona in Scientific Journalism. She served in various roles at University of Nebraska's Love Library. Hill has a passion for the outdoors and has lived and worked in three different National Parks, as well as hiked The Grand Canyon over 30 times.
