Based on community feedback, Aspen now has much more elegant support for languages and grouped works, greatly improving how patrons search for titles and formats in a specific language and how librarians build language-specific lists, browse categories, and showcases. We're also now providing integration with EBSCOhost through our Articles and Databases search. Thanks to all of the Aspen partners for the conversations and feedback around these updates and please check out the release notes to see all of the exciting features for Aspen and LiDA this month!" -

Our 22.06 is full of enhancements requested by our partners!
We've updated how languages are displayed with grouped works so that when a library has the same title in multiple languages, each gets its own grouped work and search result. This provides a much more consistent experience for patrons including displaying descriptions and other information about a title in the language of that item and the ability to build truly language-specific lists and browse categories. Searching for a title in a specific format and language is also much easier.
We're also releasing the first version of our EBSCOhost integration. Libraries who subscribe to EBSCO databases can now include those results in the Articles and Databases index in Aspen. EBSCOhost results are also displayed in the Explore More bar and in Combined Results.
Aspen has also improved integration with New York Times lists. You'll now only see lists that have been updated in the last year.
We didn't forget LiDA this month either. You can now place volume level holds in the app and clearly see the language of the item from the search results or details page.
This release also included dozens of minor updates and enhancements requested by our partners, so please see the full release notes for details.
