Lake Agassiz Regional Library (LARL) is a consolidated public library system serving the residents of Becker, Clay, Clearwater, Mahnomen, Norman, Polk, and Wilkin counties in northwest Minnesota. LARL is comprised of 13 branch libraries and 9 LINK sites. The LARL Administrative Office is in Moorhead, MN.
According to Liz Lynch, Regional Library Director, "the LARL Mobile App provides our existing and new customers with a much-improved mobile experience to access our library and community resources. We also appreciate the included Content Management System (CMS) that allows us to make changes without vendor assistance."
