- Butler University, Indiana (IIB)
- The Citadel, South Carolina (SCN)
- DePauw University, Indiana (IDU)
- Eastern Kentucky University (KEU)
- Logan University, Missouri (MU9)
- Nevada State College (NEVST)
- Niagara University, New York (VVN)
- Rider University, New Jersey (RID)
- Spring Arbor University, Michigan (EES)
- UC Hastings Law, California (CUH)
- University of Southern Mississippi (MUS)
- University of Southern Mississippi, Gulf Park Campus (MLA)
- Wright State University, Ohio (WSU)
These libraries rely on the cloud-based Tipasa system to manage a high volume of interlibrary loan requests, automate routine functions, and provide an easy-to-use interface for staff and patrons. Tipasa also helps libraries meet users' needs without heavy IT support, server management, or extensive configuration and training.
As Logan University's first ILL management system, Tipasa allows more staff members to be included in ILL processing and provides patrons with ILL accounts for the first time. Sheryl Walters, Reference & eResources Librarian, specifically noted that customizable tagging and staff notes has improved communication and that patrons are happy with the new ability to manage their requests.
Pamela King, Support and Collection Services Specialist at The Citadel, has been through six library system migrations, including two for an ILL system. According to Pamela, "I have to say that this migration was the easiest and smoothest." She added that, "Tipasa has made my day easier, knowing that I can fulfill requests from anywhere I need to be. Other staff now ask to work on ILL because it's fun to work in Tipasa. Patrons needed very little guidance on how to use Tipasa. Once the link was up, they were logging in and making requests. Moving to Tipasa was one of the best decisions we have made for ILL."
Matt Shreffler, Head of Resource Delivery Services at Wright State University, said, "As a library with a small ILL staff, we were excited about the flexibility and accessibility of Tipasa. We look forward to improving our service as we gain experience with Tipasa."
