More Arizona Libraries Join LibraryCall Dial-A-Story Program

After a successful first year of offering Dial-A-Story at 18 libraries, all but two will be renewing their service and five new libraries are being added bringing the total to 23 Arizona customers. The project is supported by the Arizona State Library.

All participating libraries are running a Library Dial-A-Story service (LibraryCall's Dial-A-Story Studio) plus some are also implementing Resource Hotline and Calendar.

All LibraryCall services are telephony based, helping libraries reach patrons that are online as well as offline via a telephone connection. LibraryCall services can be used to deliver information and stories by telephone or text and can be customized to communicate with patrons via phone or text. Communications can be one-way or two-way. Programs can also be set-up for patrons to dial into (e.g. BookClub By Phone).

LibraryCall is a project of The Galecia Group, a technology services company that has been bringing technology solutions to libraries for over 20 years.
