GreenOrbit is excited to announce its upcoming acquisition by innovative provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) Knowledge Management solutions, Knosys Limited

Under the agreement the GreenOrbit brand and business will continue to operate under Knosys ownership following the upcoming acquisition. For GreenOrbit clients it represents business as usual with the added benefit of access to Knosys' knowledge management solutions.

GreenOrbit's customers will benefit from the extended product portfolio focused on personalised delivery of information, Knosys' advanced machine learning and search capabilities and the expanding feature set driven by global customers. Knosys will also be able to offer its enterprise grade implementation services and security & compliance processes to GreenOrbit's international customer base.

By joining forces, the combined businesses will provide a diversified product offering, leverage global support operations and focus on product innovation based on highly complementary technology stacks.

The company remains Australian owned and GreenOrbit's management team will continue with the business, now supported by the experienced executive team of Knosys.
