Atlanta, GA. Owing to the rapid acceptance of Interface's popular LPT:One Print Cost Management Software, the Company has expanded its office space and personnel by more than two hundred percent during the last quarter.
According to Rob Walsh, President of the firm, the first emphasis on growth was in the area of technical support. "We wanted to be assured of our ability to maintain our reputation for exceptional service", Walsh said.
After expanding the office facilities at the Company's new headquarters, the next major move was outreach to the community of users in need of a reliable and scalable print management solution. V.P. of Marketing and Business Development, Michael Monk announced today the hiring of Eric J. Hicks as Interface's new Area Sales Manager.
According to Monk, the growth in sales during the past year has been largely a result of exhibition at various industry trade shows, through the direct activities of key resellers, and through word of mouth. The addition of Hicks will enhance the awareness of the product through proactive sales efforts and through increased support for Interface's network of dealers and distributors.
The goal is to improve upon the base already established for service and support and to ensure that libraries, schools, colleges, and corporate clients receive prompt responses to their inquiries. Hicks will work with Interface's distribution channel to assist clients in finding the right company to provide the LPT:One software along with the Company's newest product, PC Reservation, a software system to control access and session management on public PC's.
Hicks comes to Interface Software as a seasoned professional with the educational and experiential background to assist resellers with the growth opportunities afforded them by the exceptional suite of products offered by Interface. Hicks' educational background includes Marketing and Business Management from Kennesaw State University and continuing development through professional sales and marketing programs, and time and project management programs. For the eleven years prior to joining Interface, Hicks was a Senior Sales Executive with a professional photo processing firm, traveling extensively throughout the Southeast.
