GLASGOW, SCOTLAND – July 20, 2021 – Solus is pleased to announce that after an industry market-wide search, the South Central Library System (SCLS) has selected – and deployed the Solus mobile Library App.
SCLS is one of Wisconsin's largest public library systems serving 49 member libraries through its consortial ILS and in turn serving 440,000 registered patrons.
"We know how important library services are to residents," said SCLS Director Martha Van Pelt. "That is why we are so excited about the new LINKcat mobile app that will bring enhanced functionality and usability. Our patrons will enjoy the option for a digital Library Card, as well as Spanish language labeling. In addition, member libraries may choose to add their logo, colors, calendar and 3rd party subscriptions via outside of SCLS subscriptions."
John Richardson, Director of Solus North America states, "SCLS has been a trail blazer in terms of seeking new and effective solutions for its member libraries and respective patrons. We are honored to have partnered with SCLS with our leading edge mobile app."
