Dublin, OH - January 15, 2021 - Patron Point announced today that Danville Public Library of Illinois has launched its patron relationship management system to support the Library's strategic marketing efforts.
Danville Public Library (www.danvillepubliclibrary.org) serves the residents of Danville, Illinois with the goal of connecting the community with knowledge, information and culture. The first library in Danville was the Vermilion County Library, first described in the Danville Enquirer, on November 4, 1837. It was open to all who would pay $1.50 to subscribe and had a collection of approximately 118 volumes at the time of the news article. Today, the library maintains a collection of over 145,000 items and, after a recent renovation, the Library boasts a new teen area, a large group study room, upgraded facilities and space and for over 124,000 visits annually has become the place where "dreams come true".
