Dublin, OH - January 8, 2021 - Patron Point announced today that O'Fallon Public Library of Illinois has launched its patron relationship management system to support the Library's strategic marketing efforts.
O'Fallon Public Library (www.ofpl.info) is a municipal library providing services to the more than 30,400 residents living within the O'Fallon city boundaries. Supported by the City of O'Fallon, the Library's mission is to facilitate and promote lifelong learning, to emphasize and encourage reading, and to provide resources, services, and programs meeting the needs of our diverse community. The Library holds over 67,000 items including over 54,000 books and a vast collection of DVDs, Music CDs, audiobooks, electronic devices and magazines. The library also provides access to over 60,000 ebooks, digital audiobooks, digital magazines, and databases. In total, almost 350,000 items were circulated in FY 2018/19. In addition, 174,000 people entered the library to utilize print and electronic reference resources, use a study room, access the internet through the Library's high speed internet connection using library computers, enjoy Wi-Fi service, or attend one of the Library's almost 600 programs for all ages.
