Dublin, OH - December 3, 2020 - Patron Point today announced the appointment of Kellie Conner who joins the company's support organization as Implementation Manager. Previous to joining Patron Point, Conner was Product Owner at Innovative Interfaces where she was responsible for product management of the Polaris ILS. Previous to that role, Conner was Manager, Customer Support at Polaris Library Systems.
In her new role, Conner will be responsible for on-boarding customers, covering system setup and providing go-live training with a focus on both the quality and the efficiency of the Company's implementation processes.
