West Vancouver Memorial Library (BC) selects Patron Point to boost email communication performance

Dublin, OH - October 9, 2020 - Patron Point announced today that West Vancouver Memorial Library of British Columbia has selected its patron relationship management system to support the Library's marketing efforts. Of particular interest to the Library was Patron Point's ability to improve its email marketing performance.

"With Patron Point, libraries work with patron data that is more current and accurate than standalone services", states Vice President, Community, Gene Shimshock. "Coupled with reporting that helps manage patron emails, Patron Point can improve the performance of any library's email marketing program."

The system launched in early July of this year.
