New Castle-Henry County Public Library (IN) utilizes Patron Point to enhance newsletter and web engagement marketing

Dublin, OH - October 2, 2020 - Patron Point announced today that New Castle-Henry County Public Library of Indiana has selected its patron relationship management system to support the Library's marketing efforts. Of particular interest to the Library was Patron Point's ability to support the Library's goals of targeting patrons by age demographics for improved newsletter segmentation and providing tools to create engagement marketing programs.

"Patron Point's ability to segment patrons based on traditional measures such as age is foundational to library marketing", states Vice President, Community, Gene Shimshock. "Add in the ability to track patron engagement using a variety of measures and you have a powerful marketing platform for libraries."

The system launched in mid-June of this year.
