Dublin, OH - September 18, 2020 - Patron Point announced today that The Indianapolis Public Library has selected its patron relationship management system to support the Library's strategic marketing efforts. Of particular interest for the Library was Patron Point's ability to help support a marketing program with several distinct goals including:
- Broadening its community reach beyond social media and paper collateral;
- Driving traffic to the Library's rich website and blog content; and
- Enhancing the effectiveness of notices and operational emails.
"Whether it be promoting content on the web or producing more productive notices, The Indianapolis Public Library is committed to getting the most out of its communications efforts", states Patron Point's Vice President Community, Gene Shimshock. "Patron Point's ability to conduct specialized email programs makes it a great fit for achieving the specific goals they have planned."
A September system launch is planned.
