Indianapolis Public Library (IN) to drive multi-pronged marketing program with Patron Point

Dublin, OH - September 18, 2020 - Patron Point announced today that The Indianapolis Public Library has selected its patron relationship management system to support the Library's strategic marketing efforts. Of particular interest for the Library was Patron Point's ability to help support a marketing program with several distinct goals including:

  • Broadening its community reach beyond social media and paper collateral;
  • Driving traffic to the Library's rich website and blog content; and
  • Enhancing the effectiveness of notices and operational emails.
