Weeks Memorial Joins NHAIS with Koha Support from ByWater Solutions

ByWater Solutions, America's forefront provider of Open Source library technology support, announced today that NHAIS (New Hampshire Automated Information System) has added Weeks Memorial Library to its New Hampshire Union Public Access Catalog. They will be using Koha for their ILS.

ByWater completed the transition of the library's 63,000 plus holdings from OCLC and is providing ongoing support services to the library.

The William D. Weeks Memorial Library serves as a public warehouse (repository) of ideas, a place where information can be shared from print, audio-visual, and online sources with the help of trained specialists who organize and make these resources accessible.



The goal of the NHAIS Services section of the New Hampshire State Library is to maintain the New Hampshire Union Public Access Catalog (NHU-PAC) so that it accurately and completely reflects the holdings of New Hampshire's libraries and serves as a useful tool for cataloging and interlibrary loan.
