Dublin, OH - September 4, 2020 - Patron Point announced today that Quincy Public Library (IL) has launched its patron relationship management system to support the Library's marketing efforts. Of particular interest to the Library was Patron Point's ability to offer unique preference selections including options such as general services, digital resources, and local history.
"Many services in the market offer a ‘one size fits all' approach to patron preferences ", states Vice President, Community, Gene Shimshock "with Patron Point the library has no limits to what preferences they can offer--allowing it to focus on areas of most interest to its patrons."
The system was launched in July earlier this year.
