Dublin, OH - August 31, 2020 - Patron Point has announced a collaboration with ReThinking Libraries (RTL) that enhances the marketing services available to libraries.
ReThinking Libraries has strengthened their capabilities in the area of marketing in response to the deepening need in the library community. The collaboration with Patron Point is designed to provide further, in-depth strategic marketing planning services and help clients take advantage of some of the more sophisticated capabilities of the Patron Point platform and identify how best to apply its wide range of functionality to support a library's strategic initiatives.
Rob Cullin, Managing Principal of ReThinking Libraries, stated, "Marketing is one of the biggest challenges that today's libraries face. Many are offering first-rate programs, services, and materials but their communities are unaware of what they have to offer. This can impact not only traffic to their libraries but also the funding that allows them to maintain these services."
Cullin continued, "Great marketing is enhanced by strong tools and Patron Point provides a great product solution that can be used to dramatically improve a library's digital marketing." ReThinking Libraries is pleased to add Patron Point to an expanding set of services that they recommend and are tailored to make library marketing more efficient and effective.
Ian Downie, Vice President, Growth at Patron Point commented, "It is great to see public libraries leverage tools such as Patron Point to help them communicate effectively with their communities. ReThinking Libraries have a clear vision for the use of marketing automation in libraries and a solid understanding of how Patron Point works, and are well placed to help a library understand how it can help both inform and implement its marketing strategy."
Recently Patron Point and ReThinking Libraries teamed up to present a webinar entitled, The Library Does That?: Navigating Common Marketing Challenges that focused on the unique marketing challenges experienced by libraries and suggestions for addressing those needs.
