Patron Point announces Engage 2020 webinar series

Dublin, OH - June 18, 2020 - Patron Point announced their Engage 2020 webinar series line-up.

The series consists of 5 x 30-minute webinars over 5 days exploring the use of marketing automation and library data and how they can be used to deepen engagement throughout the library customer journey.

Ian Downie, Vice President, Growth at Patron Point stated "I'm sure this year's Engage series of webinars will be very popular on the back of the response we had from the previous Engage series we've run. Libraries have come to rely heavily on digital communications during the COVID-19 branch closures. Being able to segment customers based on data, engage them with relevant content and create automated customer journeys is a really powerful proposition for many libraries."

Registration for the webinars is OPEN and recording of the webinars will be available for those registrants who cannot make the live sessions.
