The combined company will deliver the most advanced portal and knowledge management technologies available to law firms and provide a full spectrum of intranet and extranet options.

The merged company creates a powerful market position with over 35 law firm clients throughout the US, the UK, Canada and Australia. The new company will retain its offices in San Francisco and Boston.
