December 9, 2019. Fried Frank acted as counsel to ProQuest in its acquisition of Innovative Interfaces and its entry into an incremental term loan credit facility to finance the acquisition. Innovative Interfaces is a leading provider of integrated library systems for public, academic, and specialty libraries. The acquisition and financing are expected to close early in the first quarter of 2020.
