Softlink Information Centres exhibited at the 2019 International Association of Law Libraries (IALL) conference in Sydney. The conference was held in Australia for the first time in 20 years, and for us, it was an opportunity too good to miss!

Our Technical Services Manager Sarah Thompson was excited to represent us at this prestigious conference. She caught up with some of our Liberty and illumin customers and was delighted to meet librarians and knowledge managers from all over the world, some of whom asked for more information on either, or both, of our products. As always, Sarah was happy to oblige!

As Sarah noted, "What more could you want? Between an impressive list of distinguished speakers and interesting topics, in a city with so many things to see and do, the conference was a wonderful experience."

From the feedback received from the many attendees Sarah spoke to, it seems she was not the only one who found the experience well worth the trip.
