Santa Clara County Library District (CA) selects Patron Point to foster community engagement

Dublin, OH - August 9, 2019 - Patron Point announced today the selection of its patron relationship management system by the Santa Clara County Library District, CA, to help foster its online community engagement.

"Providing improved community engagement with our library users is a priority," states Diane Roche, Director of Communications and Marketing for the Santa Clara County Library District. "Delivering welcome messages and enhanced hold and due date reminders are all opportunities for our library to build engagement and promote services."
