Dublin, OH - February 27, 2019 - The Company announced today that it has entered into an agreement for services with the West Gippsland Regional Library Corporation headquartered in Warragul, VIC--its first partner library in Australia. Under the agreement, the Library will utilize the company's patron relationship management system with Patron Point providing local data center service and customer support.
"It's our mission to improve access to library services within the communities we service", states Leanne Williams, Chief Executive Officer, West Gippsland Regional Library Corporation. "That means we need to be more sophisticated in how we make our patrons aware of new services and content. The Library Corporation plans to roll out the service with an initial launch of the Patron Point Welcome program, an attractive, automated email campaign series that welcomes new library members.
The Company has established its data center in Sydney, NSW and customer support will be provided out of Adelaide, SA.
