Dauphin County Library System (PA) selects Patron Point

Dublin, OH - February 12, 2019 - The company announced today that it has entered into an agreement for services with Dauphin County Library System (Harrisburg, PA). Under the agreement, The Library will utilize the company's patron relationship management system.

"The Dauphin County Library System serves a vital role in the lives of people in the Harrisburg and surrounding areas," states Patron Point's Ted Fons. "We're excited about the opportunity to help expand patron awareness and increase engagement with all that the Library has to offer."

About the Dauphin County Library System

The Library provides residents of Dauphin County with free access to virtually any materials imaginable, both current and ageless. They have books, movies, music, magazines, online access, people to help with research and programs to help everyone grow. The Library provides quality public library service to the residents of Dauphin County, PA through 8 library locations, a website, and a 24 hour automated phone line. The System serves as one of 29 District Library Centers designated by the Pennsylvania Office of Commonwealth Libraries to take a leadership role in coordinating library services. The Library and its participating public libraries form the Capital Area Library District, a service area with 22 public library facilities and 2 administrative offices in Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry counties in Pennsylvania.
