Urbandale Public Library (IA) selects Patron Point

Dublin, OH - December 19, 2018 - Patron Point is announcing today that the Urbandale Public Library has selected Patron Point as its patron relationship management system. "We want to explore more patron-centered communications that draw upon an individual's interests," states Julie Wells, Director of the Urbandale Public Library. "We want to explore new ways to enhance communications with our patrons at various stages, especially when they first join the library, when they need to renew their accounts, and if they haven't interacted with us in a while," continues Wells. "I can really feel the energy at Urbandale Public Library and I am looking forward to see how they make use of the platform" states Patron Point's Gene Shimshock. Wells agrees, "We are excited to be working with Patron Point and look forward to developing this partnership."
