McMorris brings more than 20 years of IT leadership experience to Innovative, including data center management, network engineering, cloud hosting and information security for some of the largest corporations in the publishing, information services, banking, oil and gas, and facilities services industries.

Prior to joining Innovative, McMorris served as CIO at Wolters Kluwer overseeing cloud hosting and database operations for the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) division and supported more than 30 business critical customer facing applications and more than 15 different database technologies.

Additionally, he has led organizations to attain several prestigious security and privacy certifications, including ISO 27001, HITRUST, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) STAR and FISMA (NIST 800-53).
