EMERYVILLE, Calif.—Innovative Interfaces, a leading global provider of library software, today announced that demand for product bundles remains strong as libraries continue to recognize the value and efficiency they deliver. The company introduced bundles to further enhance the solutions that Innovative offers to libraries and to simplify the purchasing process.
Over the last three quarters, 75 academic and public libraries have signed with Innovative to purchase or upgrade to Sierra, Polaris, and hosting bundles. The continued demand is forecasted to exceed 100 customers by the end of the year.
"Based on feedback from library partners, and our vision for the type of experience that we want to deliver, Innovative began a concerted effort two years ago to make it easier to do business with us, and bundles are one example of this," said Shaheen Javadizadeh, Executive Vice President of Global Sales. "Our hard work to improve sales, services, and support have resulted in broad recognition across our customer base that our bundles offer a clear return on investment. We're also glad to see that so many libraries are looking to the future and want to be ready for our upcoming product releases, which run on the most current versions of our software."
Innovative currently offers a choice of bundles for Sierra and Polaris users. Included in the bundles are tools and applications that optimize day-to-day processes and deliver better experiences for staff and patrons. In addition, moving to a bundle ensures that libraries are well-positioned to take advantage of future releases of Innovative products.
"We are dedicated to product innovation, customer service, and to building technology for tomorrow's libraries," said Javadizadeh. "I'm glad to see that our customers and the library market are taking notice and choosing to partner with Innovative. It's an exciting time."
