November 9, 2018 -- Oakdale, MN. Tech Logic is pleased to partner with Hennepin County Public Library (MN) to design and install custom automated materials handling solutions for the Ridgedale Branch that include 37-bin and 3-bin UltraSorts.
Over 200 feet of conveyance and four vertical conveyors connect book drops to a 37-bin UltraSort patented sorting system on multiple levels. A 3-bin UltraSort will also be installed at the exterior walk up "throw-and-go" book drop, which allows patrons to return multiple items at a time.
The staff at Hennepin County Library/Ridgedale are excited to use Tech Logic's new AMH systems, which replace current air-driven systems purchased nearly 20 years ago.
