Tech Logic Corporation is pleased to announce that Tracie Hanson has been named General Manager.
As General Manager, Ms. Hanson will leverage her industry experience to guide the future growth and development of Tech Logic's manufacturing headquarters in Minnesota, leading the ongoing pioneering of automated materials handling for libraries in North America and worldwide. She will oversee internal daily operations, including the company's manufacturing, engineering, customer service, project management, purchasing, software and proposal departments.
As GM, Hanson says she plans to focus on quality assurance and ensuring Tech Logic's performance stems from its "People First" mission, vision and core values.
"Tech Logic has been competitive in the library industry - offering quality products and great value for more than 25 years," Hanson says. "I believe in our brand and what it stands for."
Hanson will report directly to Eric Meyer, Tech Logic's Chief Operation/Marketing Officer.
Since joining Tech Logic in 2007, Hanson's positions included: Customer Account Manager, Project Manager and Sales Support Manager. Throughout her career, Hanson has built strong relationships with customers, delivering solutions that have met and exceeded expectations. Ultimately, she says her goal is to fully understand the unique needs of each library and to implement solutions with the passion and determination required for success.
