LIBERO sparks new life into Broken Hill City Library Services across New South Wales

LIBERO continues to dominate in New South Wales, Australia, as Broken Hill City Library chooses LIBERO as its Library Management platform.

"The all up front costing with no hidden costs was a huge positive for LIBERO," said Broken Hill City Library, IT Systems Officer, Matthew McCoy.

"LIBERO will now provide the library with more digital services: integration with providers, email correspondence options, and the WebOPAC."

Following a review, the Library was offered a grant to upgrade its platform from AMLIB, that was "running to end of life."

Library Coordinator, Tracy Fraser, said LIBERO ticked all the boxes to spark new life into its library services.

"Broken Hill City Library was looking for more functionality, affordability, and a modern WebOPAC," said Tracy.

"Not only did LIBERO provide this through its LIBERO Cloud solution, but an excellent support network through the User Group and their online community engaging Support Exchange."

Broken Hill City Library covers 238km2 thanks to it's Outback Letter Box Library, providing library services to areas touching the South Australia, Queensland, and Victoria borders.
