Five libraries select the Relais ILL Hosted Service

Relais International is pleased to announce that the University of Queensland, University of Technology Sydney (UTS), the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), InfoNOW and the Jewish Public Library in Montreal have all selected the Relais Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Hosted Service.

The Hosted Service provides web pages to allow library users to create and monitor their own ILL requests. Staff can use a web-based interface and the Relais windows staff client to process ILL requests.

The University of Queensland and UTS systems are currently being implemented by CAVAL in Australia. Both libraries plan to be live with their system by early 2016.

InfoNOW is using Relais ILL to provide Document Delivery services to its clients from one of the largest research libraries in North America, the University of Minnesota. BCIT and the Jewish Public Library are automating their interlibrary loan service with Relais ILL.

Clare MacKeigan, COO of Relais International, says "We are delighted to welcome these libraries from Canada, Australia and the USA as customers."

Relais International Inc is based in Ottawa, Canada and has been working with libraries to develop solutions to assist in providing a full range of interlibrary loan, document delivery and consortial resource sharing services, for over 20 years.
