December 15, 2016, Westborough MA -- RedLink has recently announced the launch of several new offerings:
RedLink Network, a separate public benefit company offering a community-driven IP registry service, provides libraries and publishers a free, easier and more secure way to communicate access credentials, saving time and ensuring readers have uninterrupted access to subscribed content. Launched in July, there are already more than 3,000 libraries with invitations awaiting them. Publishers using RedLink Network include FASEB, Annual Reviews, the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and many others.
To follow up on this service for the library market, RedLink launched Library Dashboard in October. Library Dashboard provides a complete, normalized overview of usage and turn-away statistics to help with collection decision-making, and offers easy to use data integration, analysis, and visualization tools. Several institutions assisted with beta-testing the Dashboard, including the Library of Congress, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and the University of Patras. Early Library Dashboard adopters include Xavier University of Louisiana, Utah State University, and the Westchester Academic Library Directors Organization (WALDO).
This month, RedLink announces another service for publishers, extending its Publisher Dashboard with of RedLink SiteLeads, which offers publishers a unique way of identifying potential new customers by analyzing demand for a publisher's online content, turning previously anonymous traffic into data-driven sales leads.
"2016 was a strong first year for RedLink on the market," commented CEO Kent Anderson "With more than 60 publishers and a growing slate of libraries using our products, we're looking forward to building on this early success and serving these communities with cost-effective and smart offerings."
The recent growth has also required a move to new space. RedLink is now headquartered at 57 East Main Street, Suite 211, in Westborough, Massachusetts, USA, while the product team continues to work out of Athens, Greece and Amman, Jordan.
