Hani Hanna is now a Manager of Onboarding and Integrations for VitalSource Customer Operations. She previously served as a Manager of Onboarding.
Sarah Knoll has been promoted to Customer Success Manager for VitalSource. Sarah was an Onboarding Manager.
Kathleen Kelly is now a Customer Success Manager for VitalSource Customer Operations. Prior to this promotion, Kathleen was a Customer Manager.
