Press Release: LibLynx [January 22, 2016]

LibLynx now offers COUNTER compliant usage reporting

January 22, 2016. We're delighted to share the news that we now offer COUNTER compliant reporting and consulting to help clients navigate the COUNTER compliance process.

As many of you will know, COUNTER is an international initiative to provide libraries with more credible, compatible and consistent usage reports for the online resources that they rely on. It works through published Codes of Practice that specify the content, format, delivery mechanisms and data processing rules for a set of core usage reports.

Libraries are increasingly requiring COUNTER compliant usage reports from publishers that sell to them, but creating and delivering them is no small task and can be a major distraction for IT and customer support staff.

Let our experts guide you through your usage reporting needs, and configure and deliver the reports your customers need. As members of COUNTER, we can ensure that your reporting is always fully compliant with the most recent COUNTER release.

We generate COUNTER usage reports covering all content types to meet the needs of libraries, consortia and other organizations requiring industry standard reporting.

We deliver COUNTER reports as a SUSHI web service, so your customers can harvest and aggregate usage statistics easily from multiple sources. We can also provide a branded portal that enables your customers to generate and download reports on demand.

We can also generate custom usage reports to meet the needs of your customers in a wide range of delivery formats including HTML, PDF, CSV, XLS,JSON and XML.

Please contact us for more information about how we can help you with your COUNTER compliant reporting needs.
