EnvisionWare announces low cost, high performance RFID System

Atlanta, GA, April 4, 2016 – EnvisionWare, a leading provider of self-service and library efficiency solutions, announced today the release of a new RFID system designed to provide a more cost-effective market solution without sacrificing quality or performance.

The ProLine RFID System provides libraries with a complete RFID solution priced 40% below historical prices. The System bundles EnvisionWare's best-in-class RFID and self checkout software with quality, reliable gates and self checkout hardware. The package also includes inventory and monitoring software and customizable rollout materials to make it easier for libraries to implement RFID.

"There's been a need in the public library market for a cost-effective, quality RFID solution," said EnvisionWare Co-founder and CEO Mike Monk. "The ProLine System fulfills that need by providing a solution priced at 40% below historical prices without sacrificing performance or service."

Monk noted that as a privately owned company, EnvisionWare is in a unique position to provide solutions that benefit customers without the price pressure associated with investment ownership. The ProLine System, Monk continued, is another example of EnvisionWare's commitment to innovation and customer choice. The company's past history includes delivering more cost effective RFID tags, supporting universal industry standards, introducing the first RFID-enabled PDA circulation device, and releasing the first integrated self-service kiosk.

In addition to the bundled purchase price, EnvisionWare is offering an RFID leasing option for the ProLine System. EnvisionWare will also continue to offer their current RFID solution in addition to the ProLine, depending on the needs of the library.

EnvisionWare will debut the ProLine RFID System at PLA in booth #1103.
