Three Innovative Products Win Modern Library Awards

Emeryville, CA. Innovative is pleased to announce that three of its products have been recognized by the LibraryWorks' Modern Library Awards (MLAs). Receiving Platinum awards are Innovative's Mobile Worklists, a mobile iOS app for collection management functions, and the Vital digital asset management tool. Polaris ILS Leap, a browser-based tool that offers key public services workflows in the stacks or outside the library, received a Gold award. Based on a survey of 80,000 librarians by LibaryWorks, the MLAs acknowledge the best the library industry has to offer. The criteria for the awards included functionality, value, customer service, and more.

"We are honored to be so highly regarded by the survey respondents," says Bill Schickling, EVP of Global Sales. "Our goal is to help libraries succeed in streamlining their operations and generating patron satisfaction. The recognition of three of our products is gratifying because, as a group, they help libraries meet both of these goals. We'd like to acknowledge LibraryWorks for their objective rating metrics and a focus on respondents that are using our products now."
