July 31, 2015 -- Emeryville, CA. The Municipal Library Consortium of St. Louis County (MLC) has selected the Polaris ILS and will migrate from a Horizon system provided by SirsiDynix. The MLC consists of nine community libraries in St. Louis County, Missouri, offering over 700,000 volumes to its community.
