Atlanta, GA, July 20, 2015 – EnvisionWare, a leading provider of self-service and library efficiency solutions, announced today an expansion plan designed to enhance customer service and support the company's unprecedented growth in new business.
As part of the expansion, Jodi Bellinger will be joining EnvisionWare on August 3rd as Director of Strategic Projects. Jodi comes to EnvisionWare from Innovative Interfaces Inc. where she most recently served as Vice President, Customer Support. In this role, Jodi was responsible for global customer service, overseeing support for 9,500 libraries in 66 countries worldwide. Prior to Innovative, Jodi was Vice President of Customer Operations at Polaris Library Systems.
In this new position, Jodi will apply her extensive background in customer service, support, and operations to identify opportunities across the organization to enhance the customer experience.
EnvisionWare also plans to expand their US sales team by 40% to serve the needs of the company's growing customer base, including adding positions both in inside and outside sales.
