Pamela Meridith, Director of Library Services spoke of their transition:

"We, the Felix Goodson Library staff, chose Bywater Solutions to host and maintain our Koha system based on their good reputation and competitive pricing. The video tutorials made available by ByWater's Nicole Engard are premier in the field. We were pleased with the speed and ease of the initial migration and are happy with their skill in answering questions and solving technical issues. Quality customer service is my personal priority and work ethic and I believe ByWater shares this goal. Knowledge, reputation, and pricing were our three deciding factors in selecting ByWater for maintenance and hosting of our Koha system."
