Chicago, IL—October 27, 2014. Ex Libris Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Savaglio as director of support for Ex Libris North America.
Mr. Savaglio comes to Ex Libris from IBM, where he held senior management positions for the past five years. As head of the Customer Experience and Client Care groups, he managed and unified support and customer experience efforts for six IBM Business Analytics software brands.
