Wolper Recognized for Second Consecutive Year LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (February 26, 2013) Wolper Information Services took the Gold last night for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year at the seventh annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. In 2012, Wolper received the Bronze award in the same category.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top sales, contact center, and customer service awards. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world's leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and International Business AwardsSM.
The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet last night at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. More than 300 nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries attended.

More than 1,100 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted to this year's competition, an increase of 10% over 2012. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 120 business professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. More than 100 members of eight specialized judging committees determined Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging this year.
This award follows on the heels of Wolper's recent selection as the Bronze winner in the 2012 Best in Biz Awards for Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year.' Wolper's customer service team is based out of the company headquarters in Easton, PA.
