US Data authority announces executive management changes

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 2001. The Board of Directors at US Data Authority, Inc. (OTCBB:USDA) announced today it has made senior management changes to position USDA for the company's ambitious growth plans. David Lonski has been named chairman, and Dominick F. Maggio, Chief Operating Officer has been appointed the company's interim president. Lonski and Maggio are replacing Jack B. Blount, who stepped down this week from his posts as president, CEO, and chairman to pursue other business interests. In addition, two Directors, Tony Levecchio and Ralph A. Haller have stepped down from the board.

Lonski, a practicing attorney, has been a USDA board member since October. He serves on the Board of Directors of many privately-held corporations and on the publicly-held New Millennium Bank, New Brunswick, N.J. Lonski earned a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden, N.J. He earned a Masters Degree at Law in Taxation from New York University.

Maggio, a USDA co-founder who has run the day-to-day operations since the company's inception, will now also aid in pursuing additional funding to finance the company's anticipated growth. Management says it is actively pursuing a permanent president and CEO to replace Blount.

"Jack was with us for a few short months and the Board recognizes and appreciates his positive attitude and hard work," says Maggio. "USDA has `first mover advantage' in the Internet infrastructure and value-added service industry and that benefit is building as shown by our recent sales numbers. We believe the current business climate is ideal for us because now all companies are looking for affordable network access solutions without compromising transmission speed or reliability. We're all very excited by USDA's growth potential."
