Swets announced today the launch of its new eDeal Service. Combining a powerful mix of informative data and intuitive online functionality with the knowledge and expertise of a dedicated Customer Account Manager, the service provides customers with end-to-end support in all aspects of eDeals.

Direct publisher eDeals offer many benefits to libraries but are often incredibly complicated and time consuming, particularly during the renewal phase.
