December 15, 2010 -- Emeryville, CA. The Universidad del País Vasco (Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea) in Spain has selected the Millennium ILS, Encore, and Electronic Resources Management, for a complete management and access solution for the library. The library is migrating from an Amicus system.

The Universidad del País Vasco serves over 54,000 students and is the only public university in the Basque Country in Northern Spain. The University hosts two central libraries on the Leioa and Álava campuses and 18 smaller libraries located in the colleges on the various campuses, including a new central library at the Gipuzkoa campus (San Sebastián) planned to open before the end of this year. The discovery interface will be installed in English, Spanish, and Basque to serve the breadth of its campus users and collections.
